How long will the appointment take?
Average appointment times are around 45 minutes but this will vary depending upon the type and number of products you are interested in. If you are looking for blinds for an entire conservatory, your appointment will take longer. If you need one simple Roller blind for a bathroom, it may be much quicker.

Which methods of payment are accepted?
We offer various payment methods, including debit cards, Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer or you can also pay the fitter in cash.
How long will it take to receive my new blinds or shutters?
For blinds, it can take 7-14 working days, in certain cases we can cater for your requirements within a couple of days depending on your chosen product/s. Shutters usually take 8 – 10 weeks depending on the type you choose.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
We require a 20% deposit for blinds and 50% for shutters.

Our appointments will always be at a time to suit our customer, morning, noon or night.

Can I change my appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled or changed at any time.

What happens during an appointment?

Our consultant will discuss your requirements, show our range of products and advise you on the most suitable option. They will measure your window and place your order.

Is measuring and fitting included in the price of my new blinds

Yes, absolutely! Free fittings, free measuring and free price quotations are all part of our comprehensive service and do not have any extra charge outside social media offers. 

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

Yes. We use quality components, materials, printing techniques which result in an exceptionally high-quality bespoke range of blinds. We guarantee these for 3 years subject to normal wear and tear and we will gladly replace them if there are any issues.
